(REAL NAME) After spending hours looking at alternatives for a TV stand or wall mount, I came to the choice to get a TV stand with a mount fitted (because I live in an apartment). This is without a doubt the best choice in this group. It took me no more than two hours from the time I opened it till it was put together. The directions are pretty straightforward, though I messed up a couple of times and had to backtrack. You may be able to most likely decrease the time it takes to build this by 50 if you have another person helping. As well, I greatly recommend the 60″ variant over the 42″ one. It’s certainly worth the extra money. My 50″ flat screen goes perfect with this stand.

Here are the pros:

The parts were packed
Looks tough, quality material. This should last me my complete lifetime.
Simple, easy to follow directions. Everything is labeled.
A plethora of screws/bolts for TV mounting alternatives (your TV is nearly sure to have the correct mounting screws included)
The mount is the best mount I have ever used. The mount is made to be easily adjustable. It tilts vertically, also as horizontally. It’ll not, but, slide side to side (horizontally) or up and down (vertically), but the tilting alternatives are more than enough.

Cons
I have noticed dust collecting on the glass after some days. I have a micro fiber cloth close now, and I will most likely have to make it a task to clean it down real fast once a week. Not really most of a con though.
It may take a little trial and error to get your TV on the stand at the wanted height. You may be able to eliminate the trial and error by doing many simple measuring/guesstimation though.
Fingerprints may be a problem for people with kids.
May need extra washers. They gave me the exact number of washers that I needed, and I nearly lost one when I dropped it.

Other things
Make sure you have lots of space to put it together, and set on the side a couple of hours to put it together. I have the TV the highest it’ll go (without allowing the mount to be visible) and there’s about 7 8 inches from the top level of glass to the bottom of my TV. This lets space for a quality center channel speaker to be placed directly under the TV. Lastly, if you are looking for a home theater system to go with this stand check out EMP Tek. Their Impression series speakers (in red burl color) match this stand perfectly; they’ll blow any mainstream brand speakers out of the water, too.

I can not really say enough about this stand. I have gotten comments on it from every last person that is seen it. I am happy with my buy.

(REAL NAME) This review is from: Walker Edison Regal 4 in 1 TV Stand w. Mount Wood (Kitchen) bought this 42″ stand some weeks ago. Was easy to assemble, Looks Great, tough. I mounted my 50″ Plasma on it, it extends beyond the stand some inches on each side, but seems they were made for each other. A great addition to my living room. The only suggestion I could have is maybe a couple of small rings welded on the inside of the rec. Tubes of the cable management system so you could “zip tie” the cables so they could stay inside. Other than that minor thing, I could recommend this product to anybody. It is humorous, I was in Walmart the other day, noticed a couple looking at a TV stand that was alike but much inferior in it is design. I suggested they look on for this one, reduced cost, much heavier intended, heavier glass shelving. They thanked me much and walked away. I think people need a good deal once in a while, and I do this every chance I get. Like I said, this is a great product, and I do not think you may be able to find a better quality TV stand for the money. I could not hesitate to use this stand for up to a 54″ or possibly a 60″ TV. Depends on the space you have, the bigger 60″ variant may work better for a bigger TV if you have the room for it, my space was somewhat restricted and the 42″ variant worked quite well.

It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It’s heavy and I did need another person to help me carry it into the house. It comes with a mass of parts but it’s easy to understand how to assemble the unit. I overseen my eleven year old grandson and watched him assemble it in about an hour. (my supervision comprised of ensuring all the nuts and bolts were tight and to double check the pieces were assembled in the correct order, other than that things went well) There were no parts shortages, in fact we had some bolts left over usually.
I chose to have the unit with the TV attached rather than mounting the TV to the wall or using the stand that came with the TV set. It has many modifications so you may be able to move the TV to different positions on the stand to match the place you set it up in your room.
It looks beautiful and it’s tough and working. I mounted a 46″ TV without any trouble. The wires run up the back of the unit out of sight making for a clean uncluttered look in the room. The glass is heavy and black and needs to be dusted on a regular base but you could expect to do that anyway I could think.
I am happy with the unit and the price at which included free shipping was remaining. I could surely recommend it to my friends and many of them remarked on how nice the unit looks after they have seen it in person.
